LGBTQ+ Youth Groups

SAYiT run three youth groups for LGBTQ+ or questioning young people. Comets is for 8-10 year olds, Fruitbowl is for 11-17 year olds and Prism is for 18-25 year olds.

We appreciate how hard it can be to make the first step but we would love for you to get in touch. Even if you are not completely sure of your gender identity or sexuality yet, you will be met with understanding and a smile!

Youth Programmes

We design and offer great activities and workshops that are requested by members at our youth groups. We have had people come in to deliver sessions such as; spoken word and drama workshops, animals come to visit the groups, made tye die tops, music sessions, sports and also educational session around autism, trans awareness, LGBTQ+ history and self care. We do games nights, film nights, chill out sessions and organise residential retreats!

Over the school holidays we plan projects and events like visiting the theatre, cinema, exhibitions, arts and crafts, trips etc. We currently have some of our work up in the Weston Park Museum!
