Charity Manager
We are seeking a Charity Manager who will be responsible for the project management of the youth work programmes which meets the objectives and targets within the charity. This is a key role within the management structure of the charity, working alongside the CEO and other part-time Charity Manager and an exciting opportunity to steer and shape SAYiT over the coming years.

Type of contract – 12 months fixed term, to be extended subject to funding
Hours – 22.5 fixed hours for 12 months in the first instance
Location – Sheffield office (possibility of some home working during Covid restrictions)
Salary – £32,156 FTE
Benefits – 7% Employer pension contribution

Domestic Abuse Development Worker (LGBT+)
Following a successful pilot year, we have received funding until June 2021 to continue working on our CALL IT OUT project working to improve access for LGBT+ people to mainstream Domestic and Sexual Abuse services across South Yorkshire, ensuring that any support offered is appropriate and sensitive to their needs. The development worker will join an existing worker on the project to increase the number of LGBT+ people who are aware of Domestic Abuse as well as ensuring service providers are more aware of the specific issues affecting LGBT+ communities.

Type of contract – Fixed Term contract to 30th June 2021
Hours – 30 – 37.5 hours per week (to be agreed with successful candidate)
Location – Sheffield Office with travel within South Yorkshire (possibility of some home working during Covid restrictions)
Salary – £25,677 FTE
Benefits – 7% Employer pension contribution
