Fruitbowl's Adventure Day Trip

Young people from our Fruitbowl groups spent a day at Mount Cook Adventure Centre in Matlock learning bushcraft, having a go on a zip wire, and getting involved in team building games on a traverse cube!

We spent the morning learning different fire-lighting techniques, mushroom identification, natural cordage, and shelter building!

In the afternoon, we had a go on the zip wire which went from the centre's roof all the way across a quarry. We also did some team building games and had a lot of fun getting muddy in the traverse cube!
